I started Betagen this week. That might cause a 1-2lb gain but it's temporary, IF it even happens. But given it helps incredibly with DOMS, it's allowing me to push a lot harder on my workouts which can only mean positive gains in the muscle and negatives in the fat.
Anyway, I have 6 more weeks for my first 12 week challenge, I am still striving for a total of a 30lb scale loss by April 20.
